If you never booked a session before and you want to have a grasp of what it might be like to work with me before doing so, I want to encourage you to give me a phone call or write an email, or book an initial consultation (free of charge). Despite being brief (up to 20 min.), this initial conversation helps you to get a first impression and to check if counseling with me is something you want to engage in. Trust your gut feeling in that. Also, the initial consultation gives you the chance to ask questions and allows me to hear about you and what you look for right now. I work with a sliding fee scale and generally offer reduced rates for students, including PhD-students. Please reach out personally to inquire.

Please keep in mind: In case you are in a severe crisis right now, Mindful Body can't offer the support you need.
